MORTON HODAS Obituary

HODAS--Morton, MD, died on Monday, June 6 in New York City at the age of 91 after a brief illness. Born in Brooklyn on February 12, 1931, Mordy attended Brooklyn Tech, University of Chicago, NYU, and Princeton, and served three years in the Navy. Graduating from New York Medical College in 1961, he served in the public health service in New Orleans before establishing his child psychiatric practices in 1965 in Scarsdale, NY, and New York City, practices which continued until his death. Mordy and his wife, Dr. Ana Glick, resided in Manhattan. Beloved husband, brother, father, and grandfather, he is survived by Ana; his brother Arnold and Arnold's wife Barbara; his children: sons Steven and Joshua Hodas; stepchildren Rachel Glick Robbins, and Jonathan Micah Glick; daughters-in-law Elizabeth Hodas, Catherine Holland, and Sandra Glick; son-in-law Gregory Robbins, and six grandchildren: Emma Holland, Jacob Hodas, Miriam Brenon-Hodas, Adam Robbins, Daniel Robbins, and Colin Glick. We express immense gratitude to his longtime practice manager, Noreen Vivolo.
