MURRAY SUSKIN Obituary

SUSKIN--Murray, of West Palm Beach, formerly of New York and Otis, MA; on March 10 after a long illness. Cherished husband of Joan, father of Thomas, Steven, Jane, James, Stephanie and Helen, beloved grandfather of Barrie, Erica, Emily, Johanna and Charlie. Served as a radio operator with the 96th Division (the "Deadeyes") in the Philippines and Okinawa during World War II, and was awarded a Bronze Star for meritorious service. Graduate of Wharton School, Class of '47. He was the personification of the word gentleman, and will be sorely missed. The family offers grateful thanks to caregivers Yvonne Ashley, Viola Golding and Annette Haslam for their kind and loving care.

Murray- a great husband to Joan. A wonderful father and grandfather-and to me a special friend. He's up there with Dick now-they're probably playing golf together.
