We mourn the passing of our friend and esteemed client, Nick Sprayregen. Although Nick was a preeminent real estate investor and businessman, his true legacy is his family, to whom he was passionately devoted. He was a true renaissance man. Nick inspired me and i am so sad to learn of his passing. He loved his family, was so proud of his children and was passionate about his business. I will always remember his strong spirit, sense of adventure and passion for life. It is with great sadness that i write now... to the entire Sprayregen family, my sincere condolences.

Nick and I go way back. My company brokered the purchase of the two original Tuck-t-Away Broadway buildings.
Then when we decided to move from Westchester to the City,
Nick introduced me to Barbara Hochhuauser. Barbara
represented us when we purchased our apartment.
Very recently I have spoken with Norman Segal. Norman, who is on the board of the Jackie Robinson Foundation, tried to
arrange ticket donations for the Legal Outreach students, an
organization where I volunteer.
I wish to make a contribution in Nick's memory. Please select charity.

My heart goes out to Fredrica Sprayregen, mother of Nicholas, who impressed me with her courage and kindness when we met six years ago. I know she will summon the strength she showed then and find comfort from family and friends.
