WEIS--Patricia Ross. The Bard College community mourns the passing of Patricia Ross Weis '52, a loyal alumna, friend, and trustee, since 1986, of Bard. Pat Weis pursued her philanthropy together with her late husband Robert F. Weis to the benefit of the commu- nities in which she lived, in Sunbury, PA, and New York City. Pat and Bob were patrons of education, the arts, and the Jewish community. At Bard, Pat supported scholarships, programs, capital projects, and an endowed professorship. Her warmth, dedication, and integrity will be greatly missed. We extend our deepest condolences to her entire family, particularly her three children and nine grandchildren. James C.
