As an old medical school classmate of Ralph's, I was saddened to read of his death. However, the video documentary made by him and his wife was truly uplifting, and provides a significant measure of comfort.
A life well led, indeed.

Karen, The staff and Board at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital sends our sincere condolences. Personally, I always enjoyed chatting with Ralph at the various GMCB Board meetings he attended! I always smile when I think of your holiday card with both of you in a unique yoga pose...steve

My sincerest condolences to Karen and to Ralph's extended family. A life well lived, indeed. I have so many fond memories of Ralph: of dinners in NYC, sharing stories on a bus ride through the mountains outside Quito and so many others. Ralph always had a smile on his face, and never failed to put one on mine. Brilliant and kind are attributes that don't always go together, but Ralph was both, without a hint of arrogance. What a wonderful life.

Dear Karen, Never really know what to say in these time, but Dave and I are glad we got to know Ralph, even though it was for a short time. I made a donation to the Gathering Place in Ralph's name. I know they provided caring service for Ralph. Our world is a better place because of Ralph's contributions. Peace.
