AJ - perhaps you remember skiing in Aspen with your dad and the "K2" guy - that was me. (I'm still here!) Richard and I stayed in touch all these years. He was a kind inspiration to me, to be sure.

To Suzanne, and all of Richard's family and friends, I extend my most heartfelt sympathies. As one of Richard's devoted and grateful professional friends who gained a personal friendship from our association, I miss him and am terribly sad that I will not see his face again. I still have photos from his annual summer law firm and client parties in Westhampton, which I have always treasured and will now help to bring back wonderful memories. And yes, even at 85, too soon a loss.
