I learned just now that my friend Richard passed away one year ago. I deeply regret it. He was a gentleman, a great connaisseur in the field of antique books. We met on several occasions during book fairs. I bought variuos books by him. I'll miss him. My deepest expression of sympathy to his family. Riccardo MAZZOLA, M.D.

Dear Lan Family:
I am so saddened by Richie's passing. Our families were so close when we were younger and the Lan family was part of my youth. I have such fond memories of all of us getting together for happy times. I am so sad-Happy to have been part of his journey in the years of his youth. A handsome wonderful guy, who shall be terribly missed. My heartfelt sympathy to all of you..
