Dear Richard and family:
We were so upset to hear if Rise´s passing. She was so strong and set the stage on how one fights and faces adversity. May her memory be a blessing to you and your family.
Fondly,
Fran & Rich Semaya

Richard:
Just found out about your wife's passing during a video meeting of the Legislative Committee. So sorry to hear that sad news. Are you and the family sitting shiva, and if so until what date and time and at what address? (Not an inconvenience since my daughter and son-in-law live in Riverdale). May you and your children be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Yerushalayem. Fred Pomerantz

Sending my sympathy to Richard Liskov and his sons on the death of their wife and mother. My late husband David S Cook and Richard worked together in the Litigation Bureau of the New York State Attorney General's Office years ago and we had sons around the same ages. David died in 2020 after 48 years of marriage, so I sympathize.

Terribly sorry to hear of your loss. I knew Rise
from Hadassah and also from the Museum of Jewish Heritage. I offer my condolences at this sad time. May her memory be for a blessing.
