I am beyond shock. Bob and I litigated some cases together and became good friends. We became good friends litigating a case in LA. We stayed friends after I left Mayer Brown in 2008. We were recently talking about getting together with our respective spouses somewhere halfway between Sarasota (where he and Nancy were) and Naples (where Geoff and I are). I Am so shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. I cannot get my head around his passing. I am so very saddened and have the deepest sympathy for his family. His emails to me showed how much he loved his children, and especially his grandchildren. I´m so very sad. Diane Green-Kelly

We are utterly shocked an heartbroken to hear of the passing of our friend Robert Bloch.
May he rest in peace ad our memories of Robert, how sincere he was stay embedded in all our hearts
