Of my beloved Father in law there can be no adaquate description , He rose above all He became the Father i never had, the Mentor i desperately needed , the beacon i will now use . through his generosity of spirit He shared with the dedicated employees of my company uniting a family to become one of the most sucessful small businesses in the nation, a company possesing pride and integrity all signitures of the man himself .
Robert McCullough and His Family have been the most significant influence of my life infusing Love ,Loyalty ,Dedication ,Faith,Compassion sharing with me one of His secrets, The Secret of Giving and of Giving yourself
'It is an Evolution " He used to say well He was the epitome of Evolution a human being who succeeded at every endeavor he undertook, a sportsman who understood the word "Sport ,a friend to all He knew , to cherish and love one woman since the day of their meeting ,a legendary family man and lastly the type of man that God gives to us to architect our own lives .and to remain in our hearts forever .

Although I never had the privilege of meeting him personally, I grew to care for and respect him immensely while handling some business affairs that he oversaw. Our communications through phone, E-mails and letters were always a delight and his sense of humor was always "on"! He has left a legacy by which many men should measure themselves as he was, without a doubt, a very special man among men.
He has gone "home" and I am sure become, once again, Captain of a most incredible sailing vessel. He will be missed by all whose life he touched, including mine. My heartfelt prayers go out to all his family, business associates and friends. May peace come into the hearts that are aching and soothe the pain. Cheryl (cousin of Victoria McCullough)

Bob's invaluable advise made such a positive impact, not only on the performance of the company but, on all the people he came in contact with at Chesapeake Petroleum. I already miss my conversations with him and always will.

It's amazing how many memories keep flooding my mind but I think that my favorite is seeing Mr. McCullough and his crew come into church in their yellow foul weather gear. Hope that you know that my heart is with you.
