Steven GREENBERG Obituary

GREENBERG--Steven. A Celebratory Service in Loving Memory of STEVEN A. GREENBERG Will be held on Tuesday, March 20 at 5:30pm at Park East Synagogue, 163 East 67th St. (between Lexington and 3rd Avenues). Steven was a visionary creative genius who became the Nightlife King of NY. Owner of 230 Fifth, the Roxy and the Palladium. A renowned collector of Art Deco. He was a generous, charismatic and special friend to many.

Steven was one of a kind, many will miss his joke de vivre....

I have know Steven for over 30 years. I met him when I invested in Commodore International with the interesting characters Irving Gould and Jack Tramiel. Steven was a wonderful balance between the two unique personalities. Steven always took my phone call with grace, warmth and friendship. I am saddened to hear of his passing. He is an originial and will truly be missed. My condolensces to his family.
