My father served in the 90th and met Tom at one of the 90th Division Reunions starting a lasting friendship. I met Tom at a reunion and also on some of the trips to Europe. He had a quick smile and was friendly to all that he met. Like my father, Tom loved going to Europe and meeting the people in the towns that the 90th liberated. He always had a story to tell. He will be missed.

We are so sorry for your loss and ours. Tom and our dad Robert Johnson both fought together in the Battle of the Bulge. Went to the reunions together, was us and sister Bev King. We are friends with Art and Amy Miers, and Mike and Kristen Faller. They both texted us. Tom and Prejean stayed at our house after my dad died and we went to Niagara Falls. He is missed so much. Blessings and we will donate to the Battle of the Bulge in memory of your dad. Love to you. Oue email is [email protected] if you want to keep in touch.
