Catherine Pokky Obituary

Plano - Catherine "Cathy" Pokky passed away suddenly after a brief illness on January 8, 2024 at the age of 66. She is survived by her daughter Allison and her grand dog Keira, her sister Susan Williamson, her brother David Miller and his wife Paula, and her niece and nephew Ashley and Dillon Miller. Cathy was predeceased by her husband George Murdock, her mother Lois Miller, and her father Ernest Miller. She will be deeply missed and remembered with immense love. Per Cathy's request, there will be no funeral services.

I met Kathy through work at Town & Country Drug in Odessa, quite a few yrs ago. If fact, I went from Odessa to Austin when she married. I remember when she had Allison and how excited she was to be a mom. After she left Town & Country Drug , we slowly lost touch with each other. I just loved her because she was so genuinely sweet and kind. Just a lovely person to be around. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Rest in Peace sweet Kathy.

I met Cathy several years ago when she lived in Odessa. I missed visiting with her when she moved to California. What a wonderful lady. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. God bless you.
