He attended Lorenzo ISD and after graduation went on to attend UTI of Houston, Texas receiving his Vocational Degree. While in high school, he was selected as Mr. LISD, served as Class Vice President and Class Treasurer and was voted "Most Dependable". At UTI in Houston, he graduated at the top of his class. Fabian worked in the HVAC business for over 20 years and even owned his business, F.L. Services Heating & Cooling serving Odessa and the surrounding areas. He loved to spend time with his family and being surrounded by all his nephews and beautiful niece while playing kickball or riding his ATVs with them. Fabian loved to travel to scenic locations in New Mexico and Colorado. He enjoyed football, both playing and watching, and loved cooking out especially when a game was on. Fabian also loved watching the football draft and calling his cousins and friends to discuss the choices their teams made and making predictions about the success they would have. His favorite teams were Texas Tech and the Miami Dolphins. Fabian also enjoyed basketball and his all-time favorite player was Michael Jordan. He truly enjoyed playing video games with his son, his nephews and his beautiful daughter. But probably his greatest joy came from taking care of people. Fabian loved to serve his community and our church. He always helped to take care of widows, our first responders, our military and our teachers and educators as well as so many others. His heart always had room for so many. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Maria Alejo Trevino; his maternal grandparents, Manuel Garcia Gomez and Pura Castaneda Valdez; and two uncles, Sergio Villareal and Juan Garcia.
