Raymond Gonzales Obituary
He was born October 8, 1953 in Sanderson, Texas to Roman M. Gonzales and Alicia Ochoa Gonzales. He was raised in San Angelo, Texas. He was a superintendent for Lone Star Gas for 25 years. In 1972, he was voted Most Outstanding Man of America.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-father, Paul Chavez, and his brother, Steven Gonzales.
Survivors are his daughters, Anyssa Gonzales and Sierra Gonzales; sisters, Susie Nelson, Elva Sanchez, Merle Cuellar, Mary Alice Hudson, Lucy Gonzales, Sonya Charez, and Debbie Padilla; brothers, Roman Gonzales and Paul Chavez, Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services are scheduled for 4:00 PM Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.
