Anna Marion Grafe

Anna Marion Grafe, 92, of South Fayette Township, passed away peacefully Saturday morning, September 21, 2024, in TownView Health and Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg. She was born December 20, 1931, in Washington, a daughter of the late James Everett and Grace Freed Campbell. Marion was a lifetime member of the Bethany Presbyterian Church of Bridgeville and was a graduate of South Fayette Township High School. She was raised on the family farm until her marriage November 23, 1960, to the late Davis Grafe, who passed away August 19, 1985. Prior to her retirement, Anna had been employed with J. C. Penny Co. in Bridgeville until its closing. She was a dedicated historian and ancestral researcher who was a member of the South Fayette and Bridgeville area historical societies. Left behind are her son, James Grafe (Becky) of Canonsburg; and daughter, Jennifer Grafe Salandra and husband Joseph of McMurray; three grandsons, James (Staci) Grafe, Zachary Grafe and Cody Grafe; two beloved great-grandchildren, Jamison and Maddyn. Mrs. Grafe requested that all family visitation and interment in Robinson Run Cemetery be private, and her wishes will be honored.
