Beatrice Roncace Obituary

Beatrice F. Roncace, 84, of Houston, passed away peacefully Thursday, January 15, 2015, in her home, with her loving family by her side.
She was born August 20, 1930, in Meyersdale, a daughter of the late Samuel F. and Carmella Ross Arnone.
Mrs. Roncace lived in Houston since 1953.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, Meadow Lands.
Mrs. Roncace worked at the former Marlene's Dress Shop and Chartiers-Houston High School cafeteria.
An accomplished baker, she was known for her Easter bread, among many other treats.
On October 17, 1953, she married Enrico R. Roncace, who passed away May 8, 2014.
Surviving are two sons, Robert (Elizabeth) Roncace of Ashburn, Va., and James (Elizabeth) Roncace of Murrysville; three daughters, Deborah (David) Roncace of Muse, Marian Roncace of Canonsburg and Sue Roncace of Las Vegas, Nev.; a sister, Catherine Gennocro of Canonsburg; a sister-in-law, Victoria Arnone of Houston; two grandsons, Corwin and Evan Roncace; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, are a granddaughter, Julia Roncace, who passed away in infancy, and three brothers, Phillip, Joseph and Anthony Arnone.
At the request of the deceased, a private family visitation and Roman Catholic blessing service will be held in Salandra Funeral and Cremations Services Inc., Joseph P. Salandra, owner/supervisor, Lin Webb, funeral director, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, 724-745-8120. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Church Cemetery, Canonsburg.
