Betty Louise Stephens Richardson

Betty Louise Stephens Richardson, 91, of Bentleyville, died Monday, May 16, 2016, in Washington County Health Center, Chartiers Township.
She was born November 14, 1924, in Waynesburg, a daughter of Charles and Marie Stephens.
She was a graduate of Waynesburg High School.
Mrs. Richardson was an active member of First Presbyterian Church, Bentleyville, where she was an elder, belonged to the women's association, taught Sunday school and served on several committees.
She was a former member of Bentleyville Public Library board of directors and Pioneer Club.
On April 24, 1943, in Boston, Mass., she married her husband of 70 years, Charles K. Richardson, who died November 30, 2014.
Surviving are two daughters, Susan Richardson of Washington, D.C., and Peggy Richardson of Palmyra.
There will be no public visitation. Friends are welcome to attend a memorial service at 11 a.m. Friday, May 20, in First Presbyterian Church, 812 Main Street, Bentleyville, with the Rev. Andy Scott officiating. Inurnment will follow in Scenery Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home Inc., 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255.
