Brad Langerman Obituary

Brad Langerman, 67, passed away surrounded by love. Son of the late Seymour "Chas" and Ferma Langerman. Beloved husband of Cheryl. Cherished father to Cara Langerman (Phillip). Loving grandfather to Easton. Brother of Chuck Langerman (Janine) and Vicki Tarnopol (Joel). A devoted father, family man, and friend, Brad will be remembered for his loving heart, strong work ethic, and deep empathy for others. Brad was known for being hardworking, passionate, determined, and endlessly caring. For many years, he built relationships as a janitorial supply salesman, a role that suited him well-he valued people, reliability, and doing things the right way. He took pride in his work and in the connections he made along the way. Beyond his career, Brad's voice became familiar to many as a PA announcer. He proudly announced for the Washington High School Prexies and Duquesne women's basketball, roles he cherished and approached with enthusiasm and professionalism. It was a joy for him to be part of the community and to contribute to moments that brought people together. Above all else, Brad loved deeply. He showed up for the people he cared about with kindness, patience, and an unwavering sense of support. His presence made others feel seen, valued, and safe. Brad's legacy lives on through the lives he touched, the love he gave, and the memories shared with those who were lucky enough to know him. He will be missed beyond words and remembered always. In lieu of flowers, please consider honoring his memory with a donation to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, National Alliance on Mental Illness or Gallagher Hospice, organizations that meant so much to our family. Family and friends are welcome on Monday, December 29, 2025 from 9 to 11 a.m. , William Slater II Funeral Service, 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Township, 412-563-2800. Eulogies will be shared at 10:30 a.m., with graveside committal services to follow in Mt. Lebanon cemetery at 11:30 a.m..

Our deepest Sympathy to Brad´s family. I met Brad back in 2002. He was the sales rep for Steratore Janitorial service when our family purchased Canonsburg Shop n Save. His strong work ethic and commitment to our business soon brought the rest of our stores to Brad. He trained our employees, spent countless hours with them all to make our company better. He always set aside time to update us on new and better products. Recently I asked Brad if he was going to retire and he said he loves what he does and he wasn´t ready to step away yet. We will all miss an outstanding man. If everyone was like Brad the world would be a much better place.
God bless you all,
The Duritza Family

Brad this is tall Scott from Mon Valley school. I want you to know how much I enjoyed your energy for cleaning and your friendship. You have always done so much for us at school and I admire you I talked to you one day before your treatment started and you were headed to a giant eagle to help others. You are a gentleman a friend and a man who took his job seriously. I´m so sorry I won´t be able to say goodbye tomorrow because I have to work. I know you take your work seriously and would say Scott I understand. I love you and miss you. My prayers go out to all of your family. You are home now and not sick and I picture you making the pearly gates shine like they never have before. And the gates shined better then ever just by passing through and you being the angel you are.

I am sad to hear of the passing of Brad. I had many interactions with him when I coached the Wash High girl's basketball team. His presences made the games more exciting and fun for the fans, players and coaches. My thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time.

My condolences to Brad's family. I've known Brad for over 40 years. We'd often stop and talk about local sports. He was a very nice man. Sorry to hear of his passing.
