Deanna L. Schilcher

Deanna L. "Dee" Schilcher, 53, of Washington, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, November 21, 2025, in the Washington Hospital. She was born July 5, 1972, in Washington, a daughter of Christine Nesic Douglas, of Meadow Lands, and the late David Douglas. Dee was a 1990 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School. She was a medical billing supervisor with Ensemble Billing Co. for St. Clair Medical Services. Dee loved spending time with her grandchildren and socializing with family and friends. She enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Arden Athletic Club. Surviving are her husband, Kurt R. Schilcher; two sons, Zakkarey Douglas (Danielle) of Houston and Bryan Schilcher (fiancee, Holly Harps) of Washington; six grandchildren: Wyatt Douglas, Chase Phillips, Averik Schilcher and Monique, Michael and Anthony Cruz; and a sister Anita Shultz (Michael Cox) of West Point, Va. Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, in the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner / Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342, where services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 25, with Pastor Joseph DiDonato officiating.
