James Winfield Strawser Jr. 54, of Holbrook, passed away October 16, 2024, in his home surrounded by his family. James was born April 23, 1970, in Morgantown, WV, a son of the late James W. Strawser Sr. and Lucille A. Treat. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Wamsley Strawser; children, James W. Morris (Bobbie Jo), of Holbrook, Timothy Ray Morris, of Holbrook, Donna Rae Strawser and Jeremiah Pierson, of Aleppo, Thomas Clyde Strawser, of Holbrook, Jerry W. Strawser (Micheala), of Garards Fort, and Patricia Ann Strawser, of Holbrook; grandchildren, Morgan, Bentley, and Molli Barnhart, Jacob, Lakota, and Jax Pierson, and Kinsley Strawser, sisters; Patsy Strawser Massie, and Kelly Green (Donald); nieces and nephews, Mike and Jamie Smith, Mazzana Armstrong, Lucille Walker, Duane Massie, and Brittany Harding (James). Preceding James in death are a sister, Rebecca Eddy; and three nieces, Tiffany, Rebecca, and Diamond Blake. James was employed as a security guard at Mountain View. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping.
