John H. Jennette Jr.

John H. Jennette, Jr., 69, of Weirton, W.Va., met His Lord and Savior Saturday, December 13, 2025. He can breathe easier now. Born in Canonsburg, he was raised in McDonald by his parents, John and Georgia Jennette, who preceded him in death. John will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 42 years, Pat Jennette; his daughters, Joyce Jennette (Mark Fletcher) of Weirton, W.Va., and Andrea von Halle (Tony) of Burbank, Calif.; and his two precious grandsons, Dylan and Cameron von Halle; along with his many family members and friends. His sister, Deanna Rossi, who passed away July 8, 2025, was his dearest and best friend. Family and friends will be welcomed from 12 to 3 and 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, December 19, and from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. time of a funeral service Saturday, December 20, in Herrick Compassionate Funeral Service, PC, Edward M. Herrick, supervisor / owner, 951 Cliff Mine Road, North Fayette Township, Imperial, (724) 695-7332. Burial will follow at Robinson's Run Cemetery, McDonald.
