Kenneth "Kenny" William Patterson, 60, of Clarksville, formerly of Avella, died Tuesday, September 6, 2022, in Greenville, S.C.
He was born July 8, 1962, in Washington, a son of the late David Ellwood Patterson and Audine Carolyn Beno.
Mr. Patterson worked as a heavy equipment operator for A.E.S. Specialized Services, with a crew that he considered to be family.
Kenny enjoyed spending time with his daughter, which usually involved playing with her Barbie dolls, playing in the dirt on his Kabota, watching old Western movies and MASH, and hanging out in the garage with his dog, Missy.
On October 10, 2020, he married Sandi Willhoft, who survives.
Also surviving are his daughter, Grace Patterson, whom he affectionately called "Peanut"; a brother, David "Bugsy" Patterson; his mother and father-in-law, Bill and Barbara Sweeney; several nieces and nephews; as well as several brothers and sisters-in-law.
Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 14.
Burial will follow in Independence Cemetery.

I will always remember my 4th of July with Kenny and his family at camp in Brockway this year. His family meant everything to him.
