Lesley D. Anthony

Lesley D. Anthony, 75, of Canonsburg, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2025. She was born in Pittsburgh April 23, 1950, a daughter of the late Andrew and Mildred Anthony. Deceased, in addition to her parents, are her cousin, Garland Frank "Butch" Blackwell of Mt. Holly, N.J.; and her two beloved dogs, Cooper and Brody. Lesley was a first-grade teacher in the Canon-McMillan School District and a member of the Pennsylvania State Education Association. Lesley attended River City Brass concerts and many Broadway shows in Pittsburgh. She was an avid fan of the University of Pittsburgh sports teams and the Pittsburgh Steelers. She enjoyed playing cards with her beloved friends, Lynda Wahl, Inez Patsch, and Lala Patsch. Lesley had a big heart, caring for animals and supporting many animal welfare organizations, as well as other charitable causes. Arrangements by Beinhauer Funeral Home.
