Lon Allen Libert

Lon Allen "Lonnie" Libert, 74 of Primrose, Mt. Pleasant Township, passed at home on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. He was born May 22, 1951 in Pittsburgh; a son of John and Edith Rapacuk Libert. Lon was a Fort Cherry legend and "Uncle" to many who knew him. He was a mainstay in the seats and bleachers at the school or sitting on the hill overlooking FC's football field, watching cross country and track practices. Family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, December 14, at Graff-Nation Funeral and Cremation Services, 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, PA 15057; where services will take place immediately following visitation at 4 p.m. on Sunday. Interment will be private at Robinson Run Cemetery, next to his mother. Memorial contributions are suggested to McDonald Presbyterian Church or McDonald Meals on Wheels, both at 202 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, PA. 15057.
