Neil D. Dorchak Jr., 59, of Houston, died Monday, April 17, 2023, in the Washington Hospital.
He was born September 29, 1963, in Washington, a son of the late Neil Dorchak Sr., and Judith Cushey Stiffler (Harry) of Claysville.
Surviving in addition to his mother and stepfather are: two sisters, Debbie Hollenbach of Fla. and Kimberly Cummins of Meadow Lands; a half-brother, Neil Dorchak III; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A sister, Tzena Dorchak, is deceased.
All services are private and have been entrusted to McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, owner/supervisor, 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston, PA 15342, 724-745-2350.
