Rosalie Antonioli Passieu, 74, of Cecil Township, died Tuesday, November 8, 2016, in Family Hospice and Palliative Care's Center for Compassionate Care, Mt. Lebanon.
She was born January 27, 1942, in Southview, a daughter of Julius and Martha Grubis Antonioli.
On May 2, 1964, she married Raymond J. Passieu, who died September 8, 2006.
Mrs. Passieu was a 1959 graduate of Hickory High School.
She worked as an administrative assistant at Passieu Trucking, along with her husband, Ray, and his family. After retirement, she worked at PBJ Café in Cecil.
Mrs. Passieu was a member of St. Mary Church in Cecil, where she sang in the choir.
Every Wednesday, she loved playing dominoes with her friends and enjoyed playing slot machines at the casino. Above all, she loved being with her family and preparing Sunday dinners for them.
Surviving are three children, Roxanne Shoup, Raymond J. (Karen) Passieu Jr. and Rosalyn (Robert) Kirsopp; eight grandchildren, Sean, Maggie and Dolan Shoup, Isabella and Caleb Passieu and Robbie, Raymond and Rachel Kirsopp; a brother, Julius "Tony" (MaryAnn) Antonioli; two sisters, Marion and Virginia Antonioli; a brother-in-law; Phil Marcum; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a sister, Myra Marcum.
Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday in Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, 412-221-3333. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 12, in St. Mary Church, Cecil, with the Rev. Stan Gregorek as celebrant. Interment will be private.
