Sylvia Margaret "Peggy" Tinkey passed away in her home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, October 19th.

Peggy was born on December 29, 1938 to William and Lorena Mounts. She was the loving wife of the late William E. Tinkey, and mother to William C. Tinkey and Wendy O'Kain. She was a devoted grandmother to Travis Tinkey, Amanda Kelley and Jamie Kelley.

Peggy was my first cousin, and I remember her great sense of humor. I didn't know about her baking talent, but am not surprised. My condolences and prayers go out to her entire family. God bless you all. With love, Melvin
