Viola Moore Obituary

Viola Virginia Moore, 86, of Waynesburg, died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, September 20, 2014, in Lasosky's Personal Care Home, Clarksville.
She was born Thursday, June 28, 1928, in Nineveh, a daughter of the late Earl Anderson and Laura Cooke Anderson.
Mrs. Moore was a member of Oakview United Methodist Church in Waynesburg.
She enjoyed reading and doing puzzle books when she had the chance. She was a homemaker.
On March 21, 1946, she married Lavern Moore, who died December 8, 2001.
Surviving are three daughters, Margaret "Jane" (Joe) Miller of Waynesburg, Patti (Rodney) Barna of Waynesburg and Nancy (Don) Teegarden of Waynesburg; a son, Larry "Tom" Moore of Waynesburg; nine grandchildren, Belinda, Joey, Bobby, Alicia, Jennifer, Tommy, Brooke, Samantha and Donald; 11 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Mary Anderson and Dorothy Anderson; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a great-grandson; three sisters, Lorene Clutter, Irene Davis and Alberta Morris; and four brothers, Wilbur, Raymond, Donald and Robert Anderson.
Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home Inc., Daryl L. Throckmorton, owner/director, 197 North Maiden Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 23, with the Rev. David Stains officiating. Burial will be in Oakmont Cemetery, Waynesburg.
