Walter F. Lober Jr.

Rev. Walter F. Lober Jr., 78, of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully Monday, November 3, 2025. He was born July 8, 1947 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Walter F. and Isabelle Lober Sr. Rev. Lober was a graduate of South Hills High School and attended Robert Morris University. He was an ordained minister and was a member of Central Assembly of God in Houston. Rev. Lober was employed as a logistics manager at PPG for many years, from where he retired. He was an avid watch collector and Pittsburgh sports fan. Rev. Lober will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Surviving are two sons, Walter F. (Michelle) Lober III of Houston, and Brian L. (Deanne) Lober of Strabane; and five grandchildren, Walter F. Lober IV, August Trey Lober, Casey (Chris Iorio) Lober, Alex Lober, and Lauren (Anthony) Berardi. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Janet Louise Lober; and by his second wife, Mary Elizabeth Lober. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. Monday, November 10, in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, owner / supervisor, S. Timothy Warco II, director, Holly Renay Warco, director. Entombment will be private in Forest Law Gardens, McMurray.
