Silcox, 87, passed from this life Wednesday, February 18, 2015. Born in Newtown, PA she was the daughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth (O'Brien) Mills.
Anna was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was most proud of her marriage of 68 years to her husband Earl and her family. Anna moved to Summerfield from Naples, FL in 2005. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, square dancing, fishing and bowling. She was also a very talented seamstress.
Anna leaves her husband, Earl, children, Earl Silcox, Jr. (Sharon) of Croydon, PA, Kathryn Oliverio of Washington Crossing, PA, Carrol McMahon of Summerfield, FL nine grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. Sadly, she was predeceased by her daughter, Barbara Frashefski in 2011.
The family will receive relatives and friends at a visitation to be held at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd., The Villages on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private.
