Christa Selma Lipus of Boise, ID was called to everlasting life on September 6, 2010. Mrs. Lipus was an Office Manager in the Banking industry. She was a charter member of Joy Evangelical Lutheran Church; a life member of the Federation of Manufactured Home Owners of Florida, a member of the Mini Treasures of Marion County, a member of the Oak Bend Home Owners Association, a charter member of Sheltering Arms and had also served on their board of directors. Mrs. Lipus is survived by her daughter Barbara McKinney and husband Tom of Foster City, CA; her son Steven Lipus and wife Teresa of Boise, ID; her two grandsons Timothy Lipus of Mountain View, CA and Adam Lipus of Boise, ID; her sister Ingeborg Hillicoss of Latham, NY; her cousin Alice Koletty of Copake, NY; and many nieces and nephews. Christa was predeceased by her loving husband Edward Lipus in 1999, and her sister Eva Wehner of Hobrook, NY in 2005. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 5th, 2010 at 10:30 AM at Joy Evangelical Lutheran Church, 7045 S.W. 83rd Place, Ocala, FL, 34476 with Pastor Ed Holloway officiating. Inurnment to follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL at 1:30 PM. Arrangements by Hiers-Baxley TimberRidge Chapel 9695 S.W. 110th St. Ocala, Fl.
