Christopher Norcross Obituary
CHRISTOPHER H., 85,
Belleview - Christopher H. Norcross, Jr., 85, of Belleview, died at his residence September 30, 2007. Mr. Norcross was a retired car dealership manager, and was known as "Gasman" or Mr. N at Belleview Bottled Gas. He joined the Civilian Conservation Corps and then served in the United States Army during WWII. He assisted the Shriners and was a charter member of VFW Post 9521. Mr. Norcross is survived by his wife, Veronica Norcross, Belleview; sons, Christopher Norcross, Charlestown, WV, Mike Norcross, Summerfield, FL, James Norcross, Sevierville, TN; daughter, Sharon Norcross, Sevierville, TN; sister, Phyllis Stueber, North New Portland, ME; 25 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 10 AM, Thursday, October 4, 2007 at the family residence. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 - 8 PM at HIERS-BAXLEY FUNERAL SERVICES, 5946 SE Robinson Road, Belleview.
