Your dad was a mentor to me while we both worked for the Michigan State Police at the New Baltimore Post. He was a wonderful man - dedicated to his family, his work, and his fellow officers. He always impressed me with his methodical approach to detective work noting anything and everything at or around the crime scene, even information like humidity, sunlight, activity patterns, etc. His humor was sneaky and his wit was a delight. I greatly respected this man who walked through life at his own speed, focused on the important things. I will always remember this wonderful detective and man of God.
