LINDSAY
Lindsay Kristen Pashkow, born January 9th, 1993, was granted her angel wings on August 13th, 2014. Although Lindsay's passing was unexpected and her life may seem too short to many, those who were touched by her understand that the quality of her existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which she lived.
Lindsay has touched so many in some small way throughout her short, but very memorable life. 'To know Lindsay, was to love Lindsay.'
Lindsay was born with a congenital heart defect, but she never let it become an obstacle- it only reinforced her perseverance to achieve anything she set her mind to. With her courage, she led us to believe that each day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories.
Lindsay loved sleeping late, watching movies, and reading books. She loved children and children were drawn to her like a magnet. But most of all, Lindsay loved her family, always wanting to spend time with them. Nothing was more important or comforting to her. Her best friend, Yates, was the yin to her yang. They were soul mates.
With Lindsay's passing, we remind others that her life was one to be celebrated. Although, we will miss her every day, especially her amazing smile, she will forever remain in our hearts. Through her teachings about life, we were able to create wonderful memories and it had been an honor to be her parents and her sisters.
Lindsay leaves behind many wonderful caregivers that provided love and support, which significantly enhanced her quality of life. Lindsay's love extends to Nurse Connie and Dr. Fricker, who will always hold a special place in her and our hearts. They helped her to survive some of her toughest medical challenges and to them, we will be eternally grateful.
Lindsay is survived by her loving parents, Karen and Greg Pashkow of Port St. Lucie, Florida; sisters Lauren Amanda Pashkow and Brittany Elise Pashkow; Aunts Linda Hall, Nora Peavey, Dian Krug, Pamela Walker, Nora Lee Pashkow; Uncles Jeffrey Pashkow, Jerry Peavey, Chris Smith, Jason Hall, Josh Hall, Charles Walker; and countless family and friends that will forever be touched by her kind heart and gentle spirit. A memorial service will be held Monday, August 18, 2014 at 6:30 PM. Family and friends are welcome to attend at St. Paul's United Methodist Church 800 Southeast 41st Avenue Ocala, Florida 34471. Lindsay, You smile down on us from Gods arms now Angel. I've loved you since you were a baby and will ALWAYS Love you darlin. Your spirit and loving light will guide us all throughout our days. My Darling sweet Lindsay words couldn't begin to say what an amazing and beautiful girl with the biggest Heart that went along with it. You,your sister's Mom ,Dad along with your whole Family,have always been a big part of my life.
