I worked with Dick and he was a wonderful man. I was honored when he asked me to bring a rosary back from my visit to the Vatican. May he rest in eternal peace. Deborah Doerr

On behalf of the family of Tom and Carole Weber I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Mrs. Jacks (that is what Laurie called her all her life) and to the entire Jacks family.

The Jacks were neighbors to the Weber's on Hermitage Ave in Chicago, but they were more like family. They never lost touch thru all the years.

The entire Jacks family were especially kind to Pam Weber. Thru the loss of her parents and her sister they were always there for her.

This is a testament to the character of Dick, that he always kept the Weber family in his heart and always made sure Pam knew she was loved.

Dick meant everything to Pam, and she will miss him dearly.
