Rhea was a very valued member of the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Veteran Motor Car Club of America. She was such a fascinating woman and always kept everyone on their toes with grace and a smile during a business meeting. What a life to be remembered! Our sincerest condolences to all of her family. What a beautiful soul was Rhea. She was a treasured member of our Rotary Club of Colorado Springs. I remember her so fondly; her presence, her wisdom, her kindness and compassion, her hats! May she rest in peace as her soul takes the wings flight once again

Rhea was a parliamentarian. When I was President of the Downtown Rotary club, she came up to me after the meeting and said "It's God before country young man!" Seems I had started the meeting with the pledge and then the prayer. I will never forget.
