Andrew Englehart Obituary
Andrew B. Englehart, born June 19, 1920, died peacefully on Sunday July 12, 2015 at the great age of 95. He celebrated his final birthday with pride and joy playing Euchre with his special friends!
Andy was a lifelong member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Randolph. He was a charter member and past commander of St. Joseph Catholic War Veterans Post 1325. Andy was also a member of the Mogadore VFW Post #8487, the St. Joseph Knights of Columbus and served on the Portage County Veterans Service Commission. Andy spent his life loving farming, and after serving in the Army Air Corp during World War II, he worked many years at his dealership, Englehart Farm Supply in Atwater, selling John Deere farm equipment to Portage County farmers before retiring on his own farm in 1980.
Andy was preceded in death by the love of his life, wife, Violet (Demboski), in 1990. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Chris Fahrny; his granddaughters, Jennifer (Brian) May and Stephanie (Matt) White. Andy loved his "neighbor" great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Andrew (Drew), Aric and Alec May.
Family and friends may call 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2643 Waterloo Road, Mogadore, Ohio 44260 with Rosary Service at 11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 noon with Father Thomas Acker, S.J. celebrating. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery where military honors will be conducted. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or St. Joseph School Tuition Assistance Program.

Barb and Family,
I have many great memories of my Uncle Andy and Aunt Vi at the Randolph Fair, the house at Saint Joe, and the farm. I especially remember the pig roast for their anniversary. I have seen him at the K of C Hall for Saint Joe events. He was a great man, and you were lucky to enjoy him for that many years. Neil remembers Uncle Andy from the farm store.

Barb and Family,
