"TOGETHER AGAIN"
Carl J. Wilhelm
Carl Wilhelm, 84, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away sud denly on June 6, 2005.
Born in Akron, Ohio, he retired from Ewart-Ohlson Machine Co. of Cuyahoga Falls in 1982. He was also a veteran of World War II in Company H of the 331st Infantry, in which Carl was awarded the Purple Heart.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Wilhelm, and parents, Lena and Charles Wil helm. Carl is survived by a sis ter, Genevieve Knox of Cuya hoga Falls; nephew, Manuel Underdown of Tallmadge; niece, Janet Bailey of Brooksville, Fla.; and numerous other nieces, nephews and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 11, 2005, at the chapel at Greenlawn Memorial Park, with Rev. Byron Arledge officiating. There will be no calling hours. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Akron, 4904 Quick Rd., Peninsula, Ohio 44264.
