Carmen was such a sweet and loving woman. I worked with her at Berardi´s and in recent years visited her at St. Edwards where we reminisced. She was a blessing to so many. Peace, blessings and love to her family.

I work in the dietary department at the village... I remember her when she would always ask for the small little peaches or any type of salad on lettuce and wheat crackers. And when I would leave her I´d say see you later and she´s like if gods willing and then she would tell me she loved me. I was her baby here at the village. :) gonna miss you beautiful :( but your in my thoughts and prayers you & the family.
