) THEN AND NOW Dawn B. Wehrlin, 64, of Akron, passed away on January 7, 2021. She was born in Akron on March 25, 1956 to the late William and Marian Stevens. Dawn will always be remembered as a wonderful mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking and making crafts for her family. She loved the ocean and had many fond memories of trips to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. She also loved music. She recently attended the GooGoo Dolls with her daughters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Stevens; and siblings, Joe Stevens, Billy (Barb) Stevens, and Charlotte (Tom) Pringle. Dawn will be dearly missed by her children, Terra (Rob) Porter, Brittney (James) Montis, Marian (Raef) Wehrlin, Danny (Patty) Wehrlin, and Shawn (Megan) Wehrlin, their father, Dan Wehrlin; sisters, Colleen (Rick) Zito and Rebecca (John) Siciarz; grandchildren, Tyler, Christopher, Tristan, Peyton, Joey, Devon, Chris, Alivia, Gabby, and Chloe; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, special neighbors, and friends. A Memorial Mass will be held at Visitation of Mary Catholic Church at a later date. A celebration of Dawn's life will be held in the summer.
