CUYAHOGA FALLS -- Donald Bruce Haskett, 77, died December 2, 2008.
Mr. Haskett was born in London, Ontario, Canada and was a longtime resident of Cuyahoga Falls. He had worked as a tool and die maker for Ford Motor Company for 34 years and had served with the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara; daughter, Maryanne Bailey-Porter; granddaughter, Amanda Bailey; grandson, Steele Porter; and brother, Alan Douglas Haskett. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred and Mary Haskett; sister, Mary Doreen Martin; and brother, William "Jim" Haskett.
There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Service will be conducted in Canada at a later date.

It was great visiting with Uncle Don in Port Elgin the other year. Uncle Don was a good man always there for his family. He will be missed. May he rest in peace.
