Ethel L. Dickerson, of Cuyahoga falls, Ohio, was born October 5, 1943 and departed this life when God called her home to heaven on May 12, 2008.
She was born to Quincy Lee Solomon and Jeweline Ricks- Solomon in Oakwood Texas. Ethel was preceded in death by her father, Quincy Lee Solomon; her husband, Ernest Dickerson; and her sister, Dorothy McBryde both of Cleveland, Ohio. Ethel leaves to cherish her memory, her loving mother, Jeweline Solomon; her son, Ernest Dickerson Jr. of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; one sister, Barbara Allen of Colorado Springs, Colorado; one brother, Lieutenant General (retired) Billy K. Solomon and wife, Cathyrn, of Gainesville, Virginia; a niece, three nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 21, 2008 at Grace Bible College, Akron Ohio. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon. Interment Hill Side Memorial Park, 1025 Canton Rd., Akron Ohio 44312. J. E. Scott Funeral Home Directing, 330-773-9210.
