Evelyn Rhodes Obituary
CUYAHOGA FALLS Evelyn M. Rhodes, 89, died Nov. 17, 2003.
Mrs. Rhodes was born in Springfield Township and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls the past 21 years, moving here from Virginia. She was a member of Bethany United Church of Christ.
Preceded in death by her husband, Louis E.; daughter, Louise Rhodes; and son, Robert Rhodes, she is survived by her son, Paul (Iris) of Noblesville, Ind.; daughter-in-law, Marcia Rhodes of Fort Wayne, Ind.; grandchildren, Dr. Jeff (Lisa) Rhodes, Scott (Audrey) Rhodes, both of Indiana, Roger (Judy) Rhodes, Steven (Robbie) Rhodes, both of Lima, and Angela (Brandon) Jones of Sun Praire, Wis.; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary P. Powers of Akron.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Clifford- Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, where a funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, Rev. John Powers officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorials may be made to Bethany United Church of Christ, 1235 Broad Blvd., Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223.
