Frances Izo, 84, passed away March 29, 2007.
Frances was born on October 25, 1922 to Joseph and Joanna Valencic in Adamsburg, Pa. She had worked for Sun Rubber and Coventry Ceramics for some years and then K-Mart. She attended St. Cyril & Methodius Church in Barberton. She loved to share her story about getting Sandy Alimar's autograph at Rolling Acres Mall because it was such a highlight in her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; brothers, Anthony and Frank Vale; and step son, Robert Izo. She is survived by her step-children, Mary Jo Nesitz and Jack Izo; brothers, Joseph (Norma) Vale and Al Vale and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends may call on Sunday, April 1, 2007 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Bacher Funeral Home, 3250 Greenwich Road, NORTON, where funeral services will be held on Monday, April 2, 2007 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Edward Lajack officiating.
