George Linton Obituary
He was born October 25, 1926 in Uniontown, Ohio to Frank and Helen Linton. He served in the United States Army and retired from the General Tire Rubber Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Giles and Frank; and sister, Donna. George will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Gladys; daughter, Joyce (Scott) Frase; sons, Donald (Beverly) Linton, David (Barb) Linton, and George (Kimm) Linton; ten grandchildren, Richard, Denise, Laurie, Joe, Jessica, Matthew, Shawn, Kate, Keri, and Kendra, eight great-grand-children, one great-great-granddaughter; and his sister, Helen.
The family wishes to thank Alliance Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice, especially Kendra, for her kind and compassionate care.
Cremation has taken place. Donations may be made in his memory to the Alliance Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice, 885 South Sawburg Road, Suite 106, Alliance, Ohio 44601.

Joyce, Dave, George, & Don, may the memories of your Dad comfort you in the coming days. I smile remembering the time on the houseboat he and I were partners in euchre and he referred to me as "the girl over there". My prayers are with you all and your families.
