Roger hired me at the B.F Goodrich and I had the opportunity to work with him for four years. Roger suggested I join the B.F Goodrich sales organization in Akron, Ohio. I went on to be a sales manager at Cyanamid, Enichem, Union Carbide and finally retired from Dow Chemical. I owe everything to Mr. Roger Beatty. Roger is my hero and I will never forget him. I think of him almost everyday.
