Johhny G,
I just found out today you passed away a couple years back. I tried to locate you through the years but never could. You were my side kick and made my life so much better at Tradesman. Thanks for the good times Johnny G in San Diego (especially Tijuana..Ha!) and in New Orleans. You had a way of always making me laugh. Your stories I cherish and still repeat to this day. You were a kid at heart and made us all feel better. Thanks Johnny G...... Rest in peace my brother.

I have lost my brother-in-law and friend for over 50 years. He was one of a kind -- our times together were always happy ones, and whenever he showed up to a party or an event, he would make people laugh. He had a big and loving heart, and I will always think of him that way. He was also a talented and creative, artistic person, something that seemed to run in the Gullia family. His life was colorful and he was able to share his experiences in the great stories he would tell us. I'm just sorry no one wrote them down. I worked with him on a construction project, "Corpus Christi Petrochemical Plant" back in the late 70's, where he got me a job with Brown & Root. He was so good at what he did, that he fast tracked from Pipe fitter to General Foreman for the Quality Assurance group in a matter of about a month, and his employees all loved and respected him as did the management team. He had just the right formula of serious skills, knowledge and humor to keep everyone happy.

My brother, my hero, and my friend ❤! I miss you and all the fun times we had. I was honored to be able to help you whenever possible. You helped me/us more than you will ever know, too. I only wish I could have done more especially at the end. I treasure my memories both old and new. Mostly inspired by your faith, humility and humor through it all. I witnessed the miracle of your house still standing after hurricane Irma and was Blessed and honored to have a safe refuge for you to stay and a son so blessed with love for you that he took the responsibility of keeping you and your family safe. Now you are safe in the hands of Our one true God who has prepared a place for you with His Immaculate Mother. His love is as deep as the wounds in His hands, feet and heart. So rejoice dear brother your ransom has been paid with the blood of Our savior. Rest in eternal peace till we meet again♥♥♥
