I worked with Ken when he was the forfeiture officer with the Akron police department and I was the prosecutor that prosecuted the forfeiture cases. Ken always did a great job and was very easy to work with. I was shocked to hear about his passing. You could not ask for a more professional officer. He was always able to answer my questions. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Sharon, Chris and Marc,

My heart aches for your loss.

Kenny was a man I respected. He planted the seed in my mind about a career in law enforcement and his standards kept me in line. He was more influential in my life than he realized and I'm proud to have followed in his footsteps through the Air Force and into policing. Kenny, may you find eternal peace.

I had the privilege of working with Kenny for several years in Narcotics. He was such a great person and always had a million dollar smile. He will be sorely missed by his many many friends. He loved to play golf and we had my laughs out on the course. To the Pullen family, you are in my prayers. Kenny was one of the really great guys. RIP

Ken, It was truly a privilege to know you and work for you. I am honored to be able to call you my friend. Rest in peace.

We have all lost a great friend, a humble man who stood for all that is best in a man: courage, fidelity, kindness, and strength. Ellet is in mourning for this man who gave so much of himself to serve and protect the city.
Kenny and Sharon raised two good and true sons, Chris and Marc, who will carry on their father's heritage, and the world is a better place because of this family.
May angels and saints welcome Kenny in Heaven, and may God comfort and keep you always.

To my dad. Ken, side by side with my mom, was a great dad who taught us respect, work ethic, and the will to never loose. I was always so proud that he served his country in the United States Air Force and served the City of Akron as a police officer. My dad was always so calm and carried himself with respect on the job. He was the true meaning of a professional police officer. I will miss our motorcycle rides, trips to football games, and having a cold beer with my dad! I will miss him but never stop loving him. Your son - Chris.

Sharon: What I will always remember of your "Kenny" is a man extremely devoted to his family. There was never a sporting event that he was not at to watch his sons play. I would drive by the football fields and see him throwing the ball around with Marc, or see him running with you. My thoughts, prayers and love go out to you and your entire family.
