Margaret Fox Obituary
Margaret J. Fox, born September 15, 1920, passed May 4, 2015, after a brief illness. Preceded in death by parents, James and Salome Rich; husband, Ralph Fox; grandson, Dominic Krause; brothers, Eugene, Alford, Victor and Jack Rich; sisters, Rita Robertson, and Rosemary DeFina; brother/sister-in-law, Katherine Lakins and Robert Fox; she is survived by children, Marie (Charles) Krause, Theresa (John) Mueller, Skip (Susan) Fox, Susan Fox, Michael (Sharon) Fox; sister-in-law, Venetta Fox; eleven grandchildren, Charles Krause, Pamela Mueller, Craig (Kristine) Mueller, Bryan (Shannon) Mueller, Zachary Mueller, Christi (Denny) Burns, Chip (Meredith) Fox, Carrie Fox, Michael (Kristin) Fox, Rachael (Jerome) Sasanecki, Eddie Fox; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Margaret was a lifetime member of St. Martha-Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, a Eucharist Minister, and she was one of the founders of the St. Martha funeral meal program. She was a "career" volunteer serving the church and Summa Saint Thomas Hospital. She was a Catholic Volunteer of the Year Award recipient.
A special thanks to Summa's Palliative Care unit, and Akron Fire Department Station 7. Your wonderful care and compassion truly made a difference in her life. Thanks for all you do for patients and their families!
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 7, at Blessed Trinity Church, 300 E. Tallmadge Avenue, Akron, 44310. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Blessed Trinity Church.

Susan, and family, Very sorry to hear of Mrs. Foxes passing. When we moved to Lucille Avenue, they were one of the first to welcome us to the street. We will keep all of you in our prayers.

Marie, I am sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. I didn't know your Mother, but after reading the obituary, I can see she was a very giving and caring person. I am sure she will be missed by all of her family. Margie (Rehmann) English.
